Overview

The FCAL collaboration meeting will be held from the 12th until the 13th of February 2006 at the Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences (IFJ PAN) in Krakow.

This unusual starting day is due to the request from our colleagues to have the possibility to participate a Kick-off EUDET meeting at DESY starting on February 15th, 2006.

The main scientific session will begin on Sunday, February 12th. On Saturday the 3-5 hours excursion to the famous Wieliczka Salt Mine is planned. In this case we suggest to arrive to Krakow on Friday, February 10th. For those of you who want to participate in this trip the accommodation will be booked. We provide coffee/tea breaks and conference dinner.

Depending on your nationality you may or may not need extra documents (such as visa). It is advised for you to consult the nearest Polish Consulate office (or embassy) for details. If you need futher assistance for visa (such as an official invitation letter) please contact organizers in advance.
