The Henryk Niewodniczanski Institute of Nuclear Physics in Kraków, with a staff of over 450 specialists and some 70 Ph.D. students, is the largest institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The Institute has a long tradition in studying thermoluminescence and its dosimetric applications, initiated in 1960s by Tadeusz Niewiadomski.

The Conference will be held in the new 550-seat auditorium of the University of Science and Technology AGH in the Reymonta 7 street in Krakow, some 10 minutes' walk from the historical city center. The auditorium offers also ample space for poster presentations and technical exhibitions.
