“HR Excellence in Research” distinction

In 2017, following an external assessment, the European Commission awarded the H. Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences, the prestigious distinction “HR Excellence in Research”. The distinction was granted in recognition of implementing the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers in the IFJ PAN recruitment policy.

Granting the right to use the “HR Excellence in Research” logo is part of the European Commission’s strategy Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), which aims at creating favorable work environments and career development conditions in Europe as well as implementing transparent recruitment principles for researchers.
